The goal of the Alabama Arts Education initiative is to assure that quality comprehensive arts education programs are established in schools throughout the state providing opportunities for students to learn in, about and through the Arts. A comprehensive arts education program prepares students to think creatively, solve problems, work cooperatively, develop skills critical, and it part of a well-rounded education.
Scholastics Art and Writing Competition 2022 : Through the Scholastic Awards, teens in grades 7 -12 (ages 13 and up) from public, private, or home schools can apply in 29 categories of art and writing for their chance to earn scholarships and have their works exhibited and published.
