States are required to collect and report information on the post school outcomes (PSOs) achieved by students exiting secondary education as prescribed under Indicator 14 of the Annual Performance Report (APR). As a result, districts are required to find out whether their former students with an individualized education program (IEP) have pursued further education or found competitive employment within one year of leaving school and report that information through the Alabama PSO Survey. This Powerpoint provides guidance on the process for collecting PSO data, survey administration, and data reporting.
