Annual State Application Under Part B Of The Individuals With Disabilities Education Act As Amended In 2004 For Federal Fiscal Year 2025
Written public comments on the Alabama Part B Application for FFY 2025/AL FY 2026 will be accepted by the Special Education Services Section for 30 calendar days, as federal law requires (March 21 through April 21, 2025). The deadline for written comments from the public is April 21, 2025.
