To properly request public records from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE), you must submit the request through our Data Request Portal that can be found at Alabama State Department of Education Public Records Center (mycusthelp.com). New Window

Also, please note the ALSDE relates exclusively to kindergarten through 12th grade public schools only and does not provide data or information on the following:

  • General Educational Development (GED) information.
  • High School Graduation Transcripts.
  • Home Schooling, Private or Church (Parochial) Schools information.
