All projects utilizing any Public School & College Authority (PSCA) funds are administered by the Division of Construction Management’s Contract Administration Division, Plan Review Division and Project Inspection Division.
Fully Locally Funded Public K-12 School Projects
Agreements Between Owner and Architect/Engineer, amendments, construction contracts and change orders of such projects are administered by ALSDE. Effective October 1, 2022, all fully locally funded construction contract documents must be completed electronically; links to these forms shall be available from the Division of Construction Management’s website.
