- Once you have logged in to AIM, you will be at the Services Portal *Do not click on a tile.*
- Locate and complete Extended Demographics

- The tile labeled “ACE” is the Certification Dashboard (NEW online application system), which allows you to view background status, view and download certificates, and apply for certification through the online application process.
- Click New Application (BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025)
- Follow the prompts to complete the application process, including uploading documents and paying the fee through this application.
If you cannot create or log into your AIM Account, contact the ALSDE help desk during normal business hours by emailing calling 334-694-4777.
